The serene garden area and seasonal outdoor pool provided a peaceful escape, complemented by attentive staff offering a 5% discount for Aqua Paradise and a fitness area for some exercise. While the spa services were enjoyable, the paid hot tub and fitness studio added a touch of luxury to the experience. Although the language barrier with some staff members was noticeable, the cleanliness and impeccable service compensated for it. However, the disappointment came at breakfast; the food quality didn't meet expectations. Nevertheless, the surrounding beauty of the hotel and the relaxing atmosphere made it a suitable spot for unwinding. For those seeking a peaceful escape with a few quirks, Iris Hotel offers a serene setting for a rejuvenating retreat.
